Audit and Risk Recruitment have been mandated by one of the largest events businesses in London to hire an internal audit to join their audit department. This role will give you the opportunity to work alongside the supportive Head of Internal Audit on a broad range of audits across the business.


I have personally known the Head of Audit for over 8 years, and they are looking for someone that is keen to help protect the people, assets and reputation of the organisation, whilst driving efficiency and sustainability through the provision of independent assurance over the control environment. In this role you will get the autonomy to carry out audits independently and engage with senior stakeholders whilst delivering a quality service for a world-renowned business.

This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to make their first move out of practice into industry, or alternatively looking to join an interesting business from another in-house role. There is limited to no travel with the role but the team value face time in the office and are in around 4 days a week.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of internal audit experience (from either an in-house or practice background).
  • ACA/ACCA/CIA/IIA part qualified or fully qualified.
  • Excellent written and communication skills
