The Role
As Finance Systems Manager, you will:
- Take ownership of the organisation's finance systems, ensuring they align with business needs and objectives.
- Lead system upgrades, integrations, and improvements to enhance functionality and the user experience.
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to ensure seamless system performance and effective reporting solutions.
- Leverage Power BI to design and deliver insightful financial reports and dashboards, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Provide training and support to users, maximising system capabilities and driving efficiencies.
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Finance Systems Manager or similar, ideally within a large or complex organisation.
- Strong technical expertise in finance systems, with hands-on experience using and implementing Power BI.
- A solid understanding of finance processes and how systems can enhance performance.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Degree in accountancy, economics, business etc.
