We are looking for a charming and thoughtful individual with a passion for service excellence to join our team as a Restaurant & Bar Assistant Manager.

As a Restaurant & Bar Assistant Manager you will:

  • Take responsibility for the daily operations of the Front of House and Bar teams at the Hotel
  • Demonstrate exceptional knowledge about the bar, restaurant and hotel services in order to maximise revenue through active upselling
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders (e.g. colleagues, clients, contractors, suppliers)
  • Oversee the restaurant dinner service, ensuring the floor is properly organized and runs smoothly to the highest quality of service
  • Ensure the beverage programme is properly organized and runs smoothly, keeping up to date with industry trends
  • Assist in the management of the recruitment and training of new Front of House and Bar team.

Successful Restaurant & Bar Assistant Manager have:

  • Previous hospitality experience at managerial level
  • Strong time management and leadership skills
  • The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations
  • A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
