This Senior Digital Strategist role will put you at the forefront of digital innovation and strategy, working with a team that dreams big and delivers exceptional digital experiences. Reporting to the CEO, this Senior Digital Strategist will collaborate with cross-functional senior teams, lead and deliver cutting-edge digital strategies for clients, and drive the agency's next phase of growth. You’ll focus on fostering and expanding client relationships, increasing new business revenues, and enhancing the agency’s reputation as an innovative strategy partner.


Day-to-day responsibilities as Senior Digital Strategist:

  • Client Partnership: Establish and nurture trusted relationships with clients, positioning the agency as a valuable strategic ally, especially at the C-Suite level
  • Strategic Leadership: Become an indispensable partner to clients by identifying opportunities and offering collaborative solutions tailored to their business challenges
  • Insight-Driven Solutions: Analyse client briefs and recommend actionable solutions
  • Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with the wider team to create and execute robust and innovative digital strategies that drive client success
  • Project Oversight: Ensure the seamless execution of strategies from creative and design to development and market activation
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging digital advancements, transforming data into actionable insights
  • Audience Insights: Implement people-first thinking through robust segmentations, persona development, and audience insights
  • Client Workshops: Plan, moderate, and manage engaging and productive workshops, creating actionable insights and outputs that drive business value
  • Client Growth: Devise and execute strategic objectives and plans, fostering account growth
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, participating in pitches and presentations to showcase the agency's strategic capabilities
  • Thought Leadership: Represent the agency as a thought leader in the digital marketing industry


What we’re looking for:

Expertise in Customer Experience across websites, apps, and platforms:

  • Proficiency in digital audits, needs assessment, and solution identification
  • Ability to create digital visions and principles
  • Skilled in UJ mapping, UX, IA, and wireframes
  • Competence in technology assessment and definition (in collaboration with the tech team)
  • Experience in digital roadmap creation
  • Expertise in performance measurement and optimisation
  • Knowledge of digital accessibility and inclusion (sustainability)
