Our client is one of the fastest growing brands in Europe. To support their business in the UK, they are looking for an enthusiastic and efficient Customer to Cash (C2C) / Sales Ledger Analyst to join their European Financial Operations Team for an initial period of 3 - 6 months. The successful individual will be looking after customers and all things related to Accounts Receivables.
Description
The key responsibilities for the German – Speaking Sales Ledger Analyst include but are not limited to:
- In charge of the sales ledger for British and Irish customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers and improve ways of working with them on all things accounting.
- Manage claims and deductions from these customers, working closely with sales and supply team to address them.
- Make any necessary invoicing adjustments and ensuring fast and clean collections of payments.
- Ensuring payments received are properly remitted, and in a timely manner.
- Provide monthly KPIs around open balances, overdue invoices, unprocessed claims, etc.
- Work in cooperation with the IT department to transfer customers to EDI invoicing and more automated processes.
- Play a major part in our month end process on closing our sales ledger.
Skills
The key skills required for the German – Speaking Sales Ledger Analyst include:
- Previous work experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in German and immediately available.
- Self-organised, autonomous and able to set own priorities.
- Affinity to ERP systems and are a pro in Excel.
- Previous FMCG experience would be beneficial.
