The six agencies within the group include:

  • Insight, digital strategy, and creative communications with Roundtable
  • Digital design, UX, and mobile, web & app build with Diginut
  • Creative design for print and web projects with Ellipsis
  • Live and experiential events with Corporate Innovations
  • Influencing behaviours for brands and businesses with Clareville PR
  • Uncovering insights and opportunities using data and intelligence with Pearl Analytics


All operating under CI Group, and this position focuses particularly on Roundtable.


The role

As an Account Director, you can shape innovative marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C clients. In this role, you'll integrate digital expertise into broader marketing campaigns, embodying the modern approach where digital marketing is integral to overall marketing. Key Responsibilities:


Strategic and Creative Leadership:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that effectively combine traditional and digital mediums.
  • Guide the creation of compelling creative briefs, ensuring a cohesive approach that aligns with client objectives across all channels.


Client Relationship and Account Growth:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, offering solutions that blend digital insights with broader marketing tactics.
  • Focus on nurturing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction with digital and traditional marketing outcomes.


Integrated Marketing Expertise:

  • Utilise your experience in digital marketing (such as web builds, paid media, and social) to enhance integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Stay informed of market trends and advancements in both digital and traditional marketing realms.


New Business Development:

  • Participate in new business pitches, showcasing the agency's capabilities in delivering comprehensive, integrated marketing solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client engagement through digital and traditional marketing strategies.


Team Leadership and Operational Management:

  • Lead a team dedicated to delivering high-quality, integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the operational aspects of the account, including budgeting and resource allocation for digital and traditional projects.
  • Report on performance metrics, highlighting successes and opportunities in integrated marketing campaigns.

To be successful, you will…

  • Have experience working with IT/Tech brands
  • Have proven ability in managing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns with a vital component of digital marketing.
  • Have a solid understanding of both traditional marketing principles and digital marketing practices.
  • Have experience in budget management and financial reporting across integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Have at least two years of experience at the Account Director level with a focus on integrated marketing and a good understanding of digital strategies.
  • Have a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing.
  • Be a strategic thinker who can seamlessly integrate digital strategies into broader marketing campaigns.
  • Be passionate about creating cohesive marketing strategies that effectively leverage digital and traditional mediums.
  • Be able to multitask and manage complex integrated marketing projects.
  • Be a collaborative and inspiring leader, capable of motivating teams in digital and traditional marketing realms.
  • Have strong leadership and team management skills with experience in guiding integrated projects.
  • Have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
