Candidates must have proven experience within an asset management or investment management firm.


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Project Manager to join a prestigious investment management firm. In this pivotal assignment, you will lead business technology projects and provide essential tech support and delivery to internal business programs and projects. As a Project Manager you'll act as a trusted advisor, building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues to develop a clear understanding of their business needs.


You'll ensure the cost-effective delivery of technology projects, demonstrating the agility required to address changing business priorities.


Your expertise will drive improvements in project management and delivery processes, positioning you as a champion for technology involvement in our innovation efforts. By experimenting with new solutions, you'll help capitalize on business opportunities and contribute significantly to our mission of leveraging technology to enhance investment strategies and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage technology projects with budget responsibility.
  • Provide tech support and delivery for internal business programs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to understand and address business needs.
  • Improve project management and delivery processes.
  • Champion innovation and experimentation with new tech solutions.
  • Lead the quarterly planning for Salesforce.
  • Navigate projects through critical approval processes.
  • Play a key role in enhancing our investment strategies through technology.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Essential experience in asset management or investment management is a must.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong passion for digital transformation.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and execution skills.
  • Effective communication skills to explain tech concepts to business stakeholders.
