Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our Brand Department and collaborate closely with the Senior Brand Creative Designer. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our visual digital campaigns by enhancing images and preparing them for publication.



Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the Senior Brand Creative Designer to execute visual concepts for digital campaigns.
  • Assist in photo preparation for campaign materials, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
  • Collaborate in creating captivating and on-brand visual contents effectively communicate Luca Faloni's brand essence and captivate our followers.
  • Assist in crafting visually stunning email campaigns, newsletters, and templates to elevate our marketing efforts and engage our audience.
  • Contribute to the development of alluring packaging designs that embody Luca Faloni's brand identity, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Aid in the creation of various marketing materials, including leaflets, banners, and flags, that succinctly convey the values and benefits of the Luca Faloni brand, ensuring they resonate with our target audience.
  • Maintain meticulous adherence to our brand guidelines across all design endeavours, working closely with senior designers to uphold Luca Faloni's visual identity and messaging standards.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role or internship within a fashion or luxury brand.
  • Knowledge of photography principles and image editing techniques.
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
