You will advise on complex banking and finance matters, working alongside our department and external clients to deliver strategic legal solutions. The range of transactions will be extensive, and you'll be encouraged to leverage your expertise across the financial sector.

• Delivering Expertise: Provide exceptional legal advice on all aspects of banking and finance transactions.

• Significant experience in banking and finance law with a focus on complex financial transactions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a transaction team.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for varied assignments.
• Must be a SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer.
