Your key responsibilities
  • Drive and be responsible for the specifications process in the team for in-house built software
  • Collaborate and communicate openly. Engage directly with business stakeholders to elicit functional non-functional requirements, and ensure that the software delivered is fit for purpose
  • Drive delivery of features across multiple components and development teams
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for the technology teams
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing with business users prior to production go-live
Your skills and experience
  • Past experience in requirements definition and requirements management, process of changing requirements
  • Past experience in technical aspects of integration with major trading venues such as Bloomberg, 360T, FXConnect and FXAll
  • Past experience with quantitative aspects in FX Derivatives (Futures, Options) or Math/Scientific background (theory of probability, random processes, econometrics, physics). Or strong desire to learn all above
  • Structured and analytical approach to complex problems, ability to face multiple business stakeholders
  • Basic knowledge of SQL is required. Background in development (Java, Python, KDB) or quality assurance areas is a plus
  • Project management background is a plus
