We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director to join our Paper Payments Operations senior team, reporting into the Global Head of Paper Payments Operations. This role is located in Manchester, UK and is a Hybrid role.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Oversee the direction of large projects with high impact, visibility, and risk to ensure Senior Management goals are met.

Helps set functional objectives and monitors Paper Payments services to ensure activities align with the goals of the business.
Responsible for financial planning, forecasting, expense control, and volume/staff planning.
Develops short and long-range plans to support the strategic direction of Paper Payments activities.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required

15 plus years of total work experience
Experience in bank operations preferred
Experience of strategic planning preferred
