Responsibilities:
- Integrate ESG factors into investment analysis, conducting due diligence, and presenting conclusions during stock discussions.
- Monitoring ESG factors within internal equity portfolios, evaluating exposure to ESG risks, and escalating concerns to portfolio managers.
- Contributing to internal equity portfolio ESG reporting and collaborating on firm-wide Responsible Investment initiatives.
- Assisting in executing engagement plans, communicating with targets, and participating in the proxy voting process.
- Enhancing ESG procedures, staying updated on market developments, and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate Degree (minimum 2.1)
- CFA qualified or in progress
- Self-driven and motivated team player.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills.
- Possesses a strategic mindset and a genuine interest in equity investing.
- Familiarity with ESG concepts and sustainability practices.
- Exemplary communication and relationship building skills.
- Thorough understanding of investment analysis principles and valuation methods.
- Proficient in utilising MS Office tools for numerical analysis and report writing.
