WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Medium-term experience behind the bar (but not limited to) in a hotel bar or lounge in a similar role or as head bartender.
- Knowledge of regulations related to alcohol service.
- Passion and knowledge of non-alcoholic and alcoholic cocktails, spirits, wines and beers; of their history and twists.
- Awareness of market trends, ability to contribute to new and existing drink lists alongside bar manager.
- Passionate about staff training and development, eagerness to maintain the highest standards.
- Experience with stock control and ordering.
