In-House Employment Lawyer | High-Profile Organisation | Leeds | Basic Salary + Excellent Benefits

Take this exclusive opportunity to join a high-profile organisation as their In-House Employment Lawyer. This Leeds-based role is ideal for an employment lawyer seeking a stimulating in-house position within a collegiate environment.

Your Duties Will Include:

  • Providing advice on day-to-day employment issues along with commercial recommendations
  • Conducting negotiations on behalf of the organisation if a dispute has arisen and at the Employment Tribunal (ET) as appropriate
  • Working closely with the Human Resource Development
  • Conducting ET advocacy and instructing Counsel/external lawyers as appropriate
  • Acting as an advocate at internal tribunal proceedings
  • Drafting, updating and reviewing employment contracts, policies and procedures
  • Delivering training to the Human Resources team

About You:

  • You have UK experience
  • You have between 5-10+ years of PQE
