We are looking for a Group Sales Director for one of our clients, a growing and profitable group of manufacturing companies, based in the UK.
The main purpose of this role is to develop the commercial strategy and manage the Sales & Business Development functions, for a group of manufacturing businesses, each with a range of niche technical products that are sold into a variety of sectors.
This is a group role, covering 4 brands on a global basis, with 4 commercial teams reporting in.
We are looking for someone with significant management experience, who is adept at developing commercial functions and aligning resources, to fit the relevant marketplace and deliver profitable sales growth.
We are looking for someone who is experienced in full sales model selling, who can demonstrate a track record of developing both direct sales functions and distributor channels. Someone who can provide leadership in this area, who can mentor others, and who has a successful career to date selling manufactured products into technical markets.
In return you can expect a six-figure salary, along with associated benefits and a significant profit related bonus. You will also be working in a highly competent, driven team, where you will be given the autonomy you require to play your part in this exciting next stage of the organisations growth.
