About the role


As Commercial Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Commercial hub, focusing on Sales and Bid Management. This role is responsible for managing and analysing data to create qualified sales pipelines and supporting key processes throughout the sales lifecycle. You will contribute to Tecknuovo’s growth by enabling informed decision-making and delivering targeted support across sales and bid activities.


Your focus will include extracting and prioritising data from multiple sources, leveraging tools like generative AI for research and analysis, and supporting the qualification of sales and bid opportunities. Additionally, you will represent Tecknuovo at industry events, ensuring valuable insights are communicated to stakeholders. By curating sales collateral and collaborating with Marketing, you will help drive impactful campaigns.


A key part of your role will be developing a Commercial Intelligence function that directly supports the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities


  • Extract, clean, compile and prioritise data from multiple sources to generate qualified Sales pipelines.
  • Use generative AI and LLMs, to conduct in-depth target account and competitor research, as well as to compare and match data sets.
  • Deliver cost modelling to support accurate pricing strategies, bid proposals, and informed decision-making across commercial activities.
  • Support and directly manage Sales and Bid qualification processes throughout the Sales lifecycle including growth opportunities in existing accounts.
  • Build a Commercial Intelligence function to provide actionable insights, identify growth opportunities, and strategically support the company’s commercial objectives
  • Curation of Sales collateral and Bid Library information to support Commercial processes, including appropriate engagement with the Marketing hub to deliver successful targeted campaigns.
  • Build a well-developed Commercial Intelligence function that measurably contributes to Tecknuovo’s growth.
  • Attend industry events on behalf of Tecknuovo and take responsibility for informing relevant information to key stakeholders during the int and Bid lifecycles.


Experience required


  • Experience of using AI tools to manage and present data in the context of a Commercial hub.
  • Understanding of the Sales and Bid lifecycles within Public Sector organisations.
  • Proven experience of delivering cost modelling to inform pricing, bids, and commercial decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, across multiple media, including the creation of dashboards, briefing, project plans and timelines.
  • Experience building Commercial Intelligence function, with a track record of delivering actionable insights that drive business growth.
  • Ability to assimilate and re-communicate key information to stakeholders.
  • Experience of balancing the needs of stakeholders in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Experience of using tooling and subscription services such as Hubspot, Monday, Mural and Tussell.
