Wages: Minimum Wages
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to members and guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives to attract new members and retain existing ones, including social media campaigns, promotional events, and community outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase membership sales.
- Conduct tours of the facility for prospective members, showcasing our amenities and services to highlight the value of membership.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the fitness centre, ensuring equipment is properly maintained and facilities are well-maintained.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the fitness centre, representing our values and promoting a positive image to members and the community.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or marketing, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues.
- Knowledge of fitness equipment and exercise techniques is preferred.
- Personal training certification or willingness to obtain certification is considered a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
