Job Purpose:

Responsible for supporting, developing, and delivering creative and effective artwork across the company in line with brand guidelines and creative direction. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong design skills, and the ability to work across functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging and on-brand visuals both video and imagery for Social media (Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest) and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Design and develop homepage banners, sliders, and other key visual elements.
  • Develop banner ads, display ads, and other digital ad formats optimizing designs for performance and conversion.
  • Ensure the website's visual content is up-to-date and in line with the latest marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and design evergreen retail store POS and promotional activity campaigns in line with brand strategy and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to implement and test new designs.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels
  • Film and edit video content for social media, briefed and planned in collaboration with marketing.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align visual designs with overall marketing strategies.
  • Work with visual merchandising to create effective window and retail graphics.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts and solutions.
  • Update and refine brand assets as necessary.
  • Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Implement best practices in graphic design and digital marketing.


Relevant Skills and Experience:


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
  • Proven experience in designing for social media, PPC campaigns, and website graphics.


Skills:

  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and technical skills.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
