What we offer:

What we expect from you:

  • Greeting all guests on arrival and making them feel at home
  • Serving guests at the bar and the restaurant in a professional yet approachable manner
  • Attending provided trainings and maintaining good knowledge of our cocktail, backbar & food menus to have the knowledge and confidence to give our guest the best hospitality possible
  • Daily bar maintenance - following opening and closing procedures that comply with company as well as health & safety standards
  • Maintaining adequate stock levels of beverages and prebatches, prepping more as required
  • Supporting restaurant service whenever needed and possible
  • Working closely with the kitchen and our front of house team
  • Building and maintaining healthy relationships with our regulars, locals, businesses and suppliers

Experience:

Bartending: 1 year (preferred)

High-end hospitality: 1 year
