Your new role
As the Financial Accountant, you will work with the Accounting team, assisting with the preparation of financial accounts for both month-end reporting and the year-end audit.
Some of the key responsibilities include:

* Maintain key accounting records, including:
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Accruals and prepayments
* Preparation of month-end reports
* Liaise with external auditors to assist with any audit queries
* Provide management insight including reporting commentary, management presentations & financial analysis

What you'll need to succeed

  • Be an ACA or ACCA Qualified Accountant, ideally from an audit background.
  • This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to make their first move out of practice into Industry, but equally, someone with prior Financial Accounting/Reporting experience could be suitable.
  • Have strong financial reporting and accounting experience
  • Be advanced on Excel
  • Have excellent stakeholder management experience
