I am currently looking to recruit a Food Director on behalf of my client, a renowned group specializing in upscale and authentic Spanish cuisine.

Responsibilities:- Manage and develop the groups systems, processes, and food specifications- Participate in strategic planning and deliver annual food revenue and profit targets- Direct and coordinate daily kitchen activities- Maintain high product quality and guest satisfaction- Oversee inventory, supplies, and food stock control- Ensure compliance with health and safety and food hygiene regulations- Lead and manage kitchen teams across multiple sites
Requirements:- Knowledge of Spanish cuisine- Knowledge of Spanish is a bonus- Previous experience as a Food Director or Executive Chef overseeing multiple restaurants- Interest in a long-term commitment with the company
