The Company


Carrot Recruitment are partnering with a pharmaceutical manufacturing company to support the resourcing process for an on-site, full-time, permanent Pharmacist. The successful applicant will join the homecare dispensing team onsite at their site in Northampton Monday to Friday.



The Role

  • Work efficiently to perform accuracy checks, clinical checks and provide clinical advice as needed, acting as the responsible pharmacist as and when required.
  • Maintain high levels of compliance within the department, adhering to all company SOPs.
  • Support the effective training process of pharmacy colleagues, updating training logs and ensuring that regular CPD is completed to maintain and develop knowledge across multiple therapeutics areas.
  • Work effectively with cross functional departments as needed.
  • With Pharmacy Management assess current workstreams and implement new frameworks to ensure efficient and compliant processes are in place within the department


You

  • Be a registered Pharmacist in the UK and hold the associated GPhC registration
  • Demonstrable experience working in a similar position, in addition to pre-registration work experience
  • Superior communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to maintain accurate data and input this into the relevant systems
