We are looking for a new Account Director to join our UK Client Services team at RTA


You’ll take a lead on the onboarding of new clients, devising the strategy and planning across your accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative, best-in-class campaigns across multiple media channels, including programmatic, search, and social. This role is a senior position within the Client Services team, you will need to be confident in directing others to complete the tasks in hand, providing appropriate resources and removing any roadblocks for the successful delivery of our clients’ expectations. Having a commercially focused mindset while building strong rapports with your clients and growing your accounts will be a key performance indicator of your success.


You will Be Awesome in customer service, with strong experience working across multiple accounts, delivering the best of the best to your clients, and ensuring strong rapports are fostered and maintained. You will have an interest across multiple markets as we have a wide-ranging portfolio of clients, and ideally, experience in managing omnichannel campaigns for clients with complex consumer journeys and high price points.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee client accounts, demonstrating strong client relationship management, working to explicit budgets and timelines, and ensuring Realtime Agency are in a position to expand and maximise opportunities.
  • Establish oneself as a trusted advisor to clients, expanding our network within client organisations and fostering collaborative partnerships
  • Coordinate and lead the Quarterly Business Reviews, providing strategic insights and demonstrating value to your clients
  • Design innovative, large-scale paid campaigns across several platforms, including but not limited to Meta, Google Ads, and/or programmatic DSPs.
  • Manage, support, and oversee operational teams responsible for the placement, optimization, testing, and execution of complex campaigns, and ensure channel strategies align with core client goals and contract stipulations.
  • Develop processes, structure & services that add value to our existing clients and ensure client experience with RTA is best in class.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth that will help continue the development of client accounts through the paid channels.
  • Drive the strategy to bring innovative ideas and new thinking to the forefront of everyday account interactions.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry innovation and best practices, learn and grow your knowledge and bring new findings and ideas to clients and internal teams.



You’re the right person for the role if you have:

  • A performance marketing background, including hands-on-keyboard campaign activation experience.
  • 7+ years of paid advertising experience (agency experience preferable).
  • Experience with clients across multiple industries
  • Proven track record of success with social, programmatic and search campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.
  • Experience with website and lead analytics (UTM tagging, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Ad platform certifications.
  • Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Well-organised and flexible; able to move from project to project without delay.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • A passion for Digital Marketing and learning
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports.
