Summary:

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for delivering the below with direction and supervision being provided by the Global HR and People Engagement Director…

  • Follow the established and pre-existing processes to:
  • Write and amend contracts
  • Complete exit interviews
  • Write letters to employees confirming promotions and other contractual changes
  • Complete compliance checks
  • Support induction programmes and onboarding for new employees
  • Support with the offboarding of leavers
  • Support with compliance in regard to health and safety and GDPR on occasion
  • Support with maintaining a range of people software packages
  • Support the finance team in ensuring employee payroll is correct
  • Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to HR
  • Maintain the upkeep of the HR Information System by ensuring employee data is entered and correct
  • Notetaking in HR meetings
  • Responding to ex-employee reference requests
  • Working with the talent team to gather references for new starters
  • Compiling and sharing people reports as required
  • Supporting with the organization and delivery of People Engagement Events
  • Owning projects and social events as required
  • Coming up with innovative & creative ideas to support in delivering People initiatives
  • Attending People Engagement events in person
  • Supporting with general people experience matters (particularly when the other People Engagement Associate who has an Ops focus is not in the office) including, but not exclusive to:
  • Maintaining stock of supplies in office – topping up snack jars, toiletries, stationery, picking up fruit / milk
  • General office management and keeping the office tidy and organized in line with InterEx standards
  • Ensuring TVs in the office need to be on at all times displaying the right content
  • Travel bookings
  • Meeting all elements of the Career Pathway expected at this level.

Outcomes

  • Onboard our new starters and ensure their experience in joining the business is of 5* quality
  • Directors and SLT feel adequately supported by the People team
  • New contracts are sent out within one business day and are accurate
  • People events delivered with the wow factor and stand out
