An exciting and fast growing construction consultancy is looking for a well established Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis. Operating in the booming sectors of high rise, buy to rent and student accomodation this business is not your standard construction consultancy with a strong mix of both contracting and consultancy professionals.


Currently with some of the most exciting flagship projects in the UK alongside a very strong workbook this is definitely a consultancy that is in a growth stage.


As such they’re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who:

  • Has a strong consultancy background
  • Is highly experienced dealing with private clients
  • Is Chartered (MRICS) and is comfortable managing both Chartered and potential APC staff
  • Has experience in large residential high rise builds
  • Has experience managing cradle to grave projects


This role will suit someone who:

  • Has worked in a fast-paced cost consultancy previously
  • Has ideally worked large high rise projects previously
  • Is a minimum of 2+ years post chartership
