Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) Machinist to join our precision machining team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining EDM machines to produce high-quality components according to technical specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate EDM Machines: Set up and operate EDM machines (Wire EDM, Sinker EDM) to machine parts to precise dimensions and finishes.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet specifications using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and CMM.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on EDM machines to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve any issues with the machining process or equipment.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machining operations, including setup sheets, inspection data, and production logs.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
