Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a self-motivated, resilient go-getter with 2 years of experience in an SDR setting, focusing on booking demonstrations with key decision-makers to be passed on to the sales team.

You will be experienced in creating opportunities using a wide range of methods, including phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc. You will have excellent communication skills, enjoy working as part of a team have a desire to be successful and want a career path with a desire to become part of the sales team.


Ideal Profile:

· 2-year experience as an SDR for another SAAS company.

· Experience working within the talent/recruitment market.

· Experience targeting key decision-makers.

· A proven track record of achieving targets.

· KPI Driven

· A driven individual who wants to be part of a team who are going to

· change the future of recruitment.

· A willingness to learn and succeed.

· Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.

· Excellent organisational skills, with great attention to detail.

· Ability to multitask.

· Experienced in using salesforce navigator.

· CRM Competent Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive.

· Experience in supporting the sales team and fellow colleagues.
