11 Investments is a group of specialist recruitment businesses built by entrepreneurs working collaboratively towards one goal: partnering top talent with a diverse client base. Over the last 18 months we have grown headcount and revenue by 100%, nearly doubled monthly productivity per head, maintained 90% retention, and expanded our team into the US and executive search.

We are looking for an experienced recruitment leader with people management experience to place a key role in our continued growth.

Responsibilities:
- Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates
- Consistently developing existing and new relationships with clients. Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
- Managing a full-cycle recruitment process
- Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results
- Managing complex negotiations
- Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets
- Positively promote the 11 brand in the market
- Act as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters.
- Supports manager with training, standing in when required, and driving initiatives and company values.
What are we looking for?
- Demonstrated success in delivering against individual and team revenue targets
- Proven experience in training and developing recruiters from entry-level to seniors and beyond
- You have successfully worked as a 360 recruiter in an agency and have proven success at building and managing 360 recruiters
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in matching candidates/clients.
- Maintain high levels of motivation to achieve both personal and team developmental goals
- Someone who aspires to be a thought leader in their sector
- People with lots of ideas who also encourage others to share theirs
- People who give and ask for quality feedback
- People who follow up on feedback they receive
