Tagetik Consultant
You know there’s an easier way to do things and you’re always the person that is seeking out how. You actively seek knowledge and are naturally analytical, understanding the benefits that quality insights can bring to a business. Your curious streak may have already led you down the technology path and you may already have been involved in implementing ERP, CPM or EPM technologies. If you have a keen interest in AI & Automation and are looking for a role that incorporates both then this could suit you.
We don’t expect you to have previous knowledge of Tagetik, you may not even know what it is, but you’ll have a strong desire to stay at the forefront of change and innovation and be a genuinely keen learner. Your background in finance will have given you a clear understanding of planning and consolidation processes in large businesses. All the training you need will be provided to become a CCH Tagetik expert and you will utilise this knowledge, becoming actively involved in implementations across Consolidation and Planning finance transformation projects for your clients.
There is a clear and straightforward progression route through the business. This starts with the complexity and size of your clients, with the opportunity to lead a team as your experience develops. A highly competitive salary with a 20% bonus is also on offer as well as 28 days holiday (+ bank), private medical cover & 5% pension contribution. The role is remote with occasional travel for company events. You will need to be based in the UK.
You will naturally love a challenge and excel at assisting clients/colleagues with their complex issues. You’ll be an independent thinker, not one who agrees with the status quo but constantly searches for knowledge and expertise and inspires others along the way. You have immaculate attention to detail with an ability to think analytically on the fly, someone who recognises that it can be the finer points that add value and quality and make all the difference to how the delivery is received and perceived.
If you love collaborating and solving problems as part of a team but can also work independently to help clients enable their decision-making, this could be for you. Someone who sees solutions and communicates in an open and collaborative way will thrive in this role. You’re someone who has the drive, ambition, and flexibility to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, showing genuine interest supporting/contributing to the company, client and individuals’ growth and development
The role would suit a qualified accountant with a background in FP&A or consolidation processes. Qualifying in a large accountancy practice will have given you exposure to the right areas of technical experience although an industry background with relevant experience in finance transformation projects could also work. You’ll ideally be a fully qualified accountant and will already know the traditional finance route isn’t for you. You seek more, wanting to add value through quality, consultative advice whilst being on the forefront of emerging technologies, designed to enhance and improve business processes.
CV/Resume not up to date? Not to worry, send me what you have or even just a quick note on why you’re interested in the role, and we can deal with that later. Everyone will get a response.
