Collaborative Environment: Work alongside underwriters and internal teams to understand and contribute to a streamlined mortgage application process. Your role will be vital in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.


Skill Development: Sharpen your skills in communication, client engagement, and problem-solving. We’ll help you develop the strategies you need to hit and exceed performance targets.


Client-Focused Service: Partner with experienced Mortgage Brokers to deliver exceptional service. You’ll be involved in all aspects of Mortgage Administration and Paraplanning, coordinating with clients, lenders, solicitors, and insurers.


Learn from Industry Leaders: Benefit from direct mentorship by Senior Mortgage Brokers as you assist with administrative tasks and prepare to advance to an Adviser role.


Ongoing Client Interaction: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout their mortgage journey.


About You


We’re looking for candidates who are driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Here’s what we value:


Experience: You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Mortgage Administration role and currently have CeMap or be prepared to study towards CeMap


Excellent Telephone Manner: You should be comfortable and professional when speaking with clients over the phone.


Strong Literacy and Numeracy Skills: These are essential for handling the complexities of mortgage products and related financial details.


Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is crucial in ensuring accuracy in all aspects of your work.


Self-Starter: We value individuals who are motivated by personal and company success and take the initiative in their roles.


Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: You’ll need to communicate effectively with both clients and colleagues, fostering positive relationships.


Ability to Learn: You should have the capacity to grasp complex products and services and convey this information accurately to clients.
