The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Technology Lead to join a fantastic new team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, developing, and implementing customized Salesforce solutions for clients. You will work closely with some of the best minds in the industry, including Principle Architects, Tech Leads and Senior Developers.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Develop custom applications and enhancements using Salesforce tools and technologies.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of Salesforce applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve our solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
