Breathe Payments are a fast-growing fintech card payments & Epos business with a focus on new tech payment products.
This is an exciting new role helping to drive customer acquisition and sales via the partner channel & to also drive small corporate clients / other commercial initiatives. The Manager will be responsible for establishing new strategic partnerships, developing business opportunities, & driving growth.
The aim is for this role to quickly move to a Director level role overseeing the recruitment & management of a new sales team.
Job Purpose
- To identify, recruit & manage new partners to drive ongoing sales
- To drive revenue via commercial initiatives such as business lending products
- To recruit new corporate level customers
- To drives sales directly via incoming leads
- To build, develop & train a sale team
Role tasks
- Recruit sales partners via social networking tools
- Recruit software business partners via research & networking
- Manage the onboarding process for new partners
- Drive sales via incoming leads generated from marketing activity
- Business development
- Manage the growing sales team & ensure individuals are motivated, appropriately trained & delivering against agreed targets
Skills / Experience Required
- Business development & partnership building skills
- Sales & negotiation experience
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Card payments or Epos experience essential
- Understanding of business social networking tools
- Friendly collaborative style
- Proactive self-starter
- Experience managing sales teams
- Understanding of technology preferred
Compensation - £30-35k Base Salary + Commission + Bonus + Equity in Breathe Payments
