We’re recruiting for a Corporate Specialist to join us. You will be provide a first-class service in the analysis and calculation of all Unit Trust box decisions to ensure they are managed in line with regulations and in accordance with internal policy. Assisting with the preparation of all Management Information for the use of Senior Managers and other internal stakeholders.
What you'll be doing:
- Analysingand producingaccurate box decisions on UTMfund holdings andassess cash positions to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal box managementrequirements
- Responsible for daily Unit Trust box reconciliations and ensuring accurate cash decisions are sent to the Finance Operations team, Northern Trust Depositary and Fund Accountants to ensure cash decisions are settled within the usual fund settlement cycle
- Ensuringaccurate and timely uploads of daily Unit Trust prices to Rufus/EWS in line with SLAs. Where prices are delivered past SLA demonstrate flexibility to ensure priceuploads are completed, even if outside of normal working hours
- Assisting with the accurate calculation of pricing bases to ensure Unit Trust Single Priced funds donot suffer dilution
- Assisting the production of Management Information and analytical support to variousstakeholders
- Supporting L&G UTM operational liquidity by identifying any settlement mismatches and arrangingchanges to settlement with Northern Trust Trustees
- Supporting peers, Service Delivery Manager and Finance Operations Manager in providingexcellent customer service toclients and stakeholders
- Analyse any impact of pricing errors on customers and the fund, compensating wherenecessary
Who we're looking for:
- Ability to manage UTM boxes and associatedmarket exposure.
- Knowledge of systems used in the day-to-day processing of tasks such as theFund Services Platform, Rufus, EWS, Business Objects and MS Office suite
- Up to date knowledge of CASS, GDPR, COLL and MiFiD regulations
- Experience working in Financial services
