About the Role

As a Creative Graphic Designer at Skin Cupid, you'll play a pivotal role within our dynamic Marketing team. With your strong design background, you'll lead the charge in crafting and executing our visual identity across all marketing platforms and assets. Collaborating closely with the entire marketing team on both a campaign and brand level, your duties will span a wide spectrum of content creation.

You will operate as Skin Cupid’s brand guardian across all visual design, ensuring our brand is represented in the best light. You'll be one of our go-to persons for everything design and creative, shaping our visual identity and leaving your creative mark on our brand.


Responsibilities:

  • Digital design to produce visual assets for Skin Cupid's diverse marketing channels, including social media, website assets, email marketing, brand partner presentations and internal communications.
  • Printed design of physical print assets, including bespoke box designs, posters, cards, gift wrap, visual merchandising, event collateral, signage.
  • Design for any press, media advertisement, and media collaborations across digital and print media.
  • Assist with shoots and any post-production editing of photography/videography.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Skin Cupid's visual brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create clean graphic systems and design templates for all customer communications to ease and speed up the design process.
  • Propose and develop innovative and visually engaging design elements that resonate with Skin Cupid's brand identity using e-commerce best practices.
  • Content Management System - regularly design new creative and refresh website content.
  • Oversee design approvals across all marketing assets to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Conceptualise, develop and project manage end-to-end design creation and asset preparation for both brand concepts, individual campaigns and in support to the wider team to deadline.
  • Manage and maintain all creative brand assets, ensuring files are organised and accessible.


We're Looking For:

  • 2-3+ years of design experience.
  • Strong knowledge of layout, typography, colour systems, and design principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Proficiency in web design tools such as Canva.
  • Familiarity with Figma, After Effects, video editing, or animation is a plus.
  • Illustration skills are a plus.
  • Experience with web design and development is a plus.
  • Copywriting skills are a plus.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated with a passion for excellence and a proven track record of exceeding goals.
  • A bachelor’s degree or qualifications in Graphic Design or a related field are preferable but not essential.
  • A passion for Korean Skincare is always welcome but not essential
