Role Requirements:


MUST:


  • Right to live and work in the UK
  • Be able to provide information to enable five-year referencing for an airside ID
  • Be able to pass a pre-employment drugs and alcohol test
  • Articulate and accurate communication skills problem-solving and analytical skills
  • The ability to liaise at all levels within the business with excellent interpersonal skills and empathetic qualities
  • Fluency in MS Excel, Access
  • Understanding of safety management databases, such as AQD, QPulse, Centrik


SHOULD:


  • Knowledge in investigative, and interviewing skills including Human Factors modelling (e.g., HFACs, Fault Tree Analysis, 5 Whys)
  • Understanding risk management e.g. Hazard Logs, Risk Assessments and their principles such as Bow-Tie and ALARP
  • Ideally three years experience in the aviation industry, preferably in one of the following functional areas: Flight Operations, Maintenance, Ground Operations or an equivalent level of comparable experience or education


COULD:


  • Investigation report writing - including report writing to ICAO Annex Standard level
