- Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud modules, configurations, and best practices for SCM, HCM, or Finance.

- Strong understanding of business processes in supply chain, human resources, or financial management and how they align with Oracle Cloud solutions.

- Proficiency in designing integration strategies using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other middleware solutions.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex Oracle Cloud environments.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Proven track record of leading large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations from design through deployment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and DevOps practices.

- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and tools.

- Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud.

- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.
