Elevation Recruitment Group - Marketing Division are excited to be working with a global digital company.


My client operates around their customers’ core needs across different solutions. The Group Marketing Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will need to be able to think strategically, be highly creative and analytical, as well as having the ability to be a hands-on marketer.


As the Marketing Lead, you'll be at the forefront of our brand’s story, crafting and executing strategies that boost our brand awareness, engage our customers, and support our business goals. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in brand management, digital marketing, and influencer marketing who’s ready to make a significant impact.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement brand marketing strategies that align with our vision and goals. Your strategic insights will be key to driving our corporate brand forward.
  • Maintain our brand’s identity, tone of voice, and messaging. Ensure our brand is consistent, compelling, and resonates with our target audience.
  • Lead the charge in crafting and launching compelling, innovative, and integrated marketing campaigns that boost our brand awareness and customer engagement. Think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to life.
  • Spearhead our participation in all industry events across Europe, working closely with our events team to ensure seamless coordination and execution. Ensuring excellent stakeholder engagement and management.
  • In collaboration with our research and marketing insight team, identify trends, competitor activities and opportunities for growth. Build on these insights to drive into the wider business plus, identify and manage segmentation for campaigns to ensure messaging is relevant to intended audience.
  • Drive our digital marketing efforts, ensuring our website is the number one priority. Your goal is to enhance our online presence and engagement.
  • In collaboration with our in-house agency, develop and produce captivating content that tells our brand story, resonates with our audience, and drives engagement across all channels. This includes industry events, blog posts, social media content, videos, infographics, and more.
  • Develop and manage influencer marketing strategies to amplify our brand message (internally and externally). Identify, engage, and build relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Ensure brand consistency and oversee the application of our brand guidelines across all marketing channels and materials to ensure a unified brand presence.
  • Responsible for budget management, providing regular reports and insights, translating data into actionable insights and demonstrating strong ROI.
  • You must be able to travel regularly throughout the UK and EU.


Skills and experience required:


  • We’re on the lookout for someone with not just a degree (Business or Marketing) but with a diploma in turning ideas into marketing marvels.
  • Fluent in the language of brand and digital marketing and a track record that’s the envy of lead generators, brand builders and content marketing aficionados.
  • Ability to turn data into action? We need strong analytical skills and excellent ability to influence business decisions.
  • A self-starter extraordinaire? Someone who brings a dash of individual skill, a sprinkle of creativity and a truckload of tenacity.
  • We need someone who can navigate the marketing universe autonomously while juggling projects.
  • Exceptional writing skills and presentation skills is a must
