SAP Solution Lead Plant Maintenance

I'm looking for an experienced SAP Solution Lead (Plant Maintenance) for an exciting opportunity.

You will be responsible for the analysis, design, configuration, and support of SAP Plant Maintenance and Fleet Operations modules/solutions, including related integrations and user interfaces (Fiori, iMRO, SAP Service, and Asset Manager app)

You must be eligible for SC Clearance.

The role is remote working with very occasional visits to the company office closest to you.

Salary: Flexible for the right candidate.

Some day-to-day duties of this role:

  • Provide specialist level design, configuration, and functional support for SAP Plant Maintenance and Fleet Operations solutions in ECC6.
  • Ensure compliance with existing standards and develop necessary data and reporting standards.
  • Maintain the integrity of Plant Maintenance and Fleet Operations configuration across multiple systems.
  • Respond to user requirements, troubleshoot problems, develop designs, and model processes.

Must-haves:

  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP Plant Maintenance experience, including at least 2 full project lifecycles as a solution lead.
  • Proven experience delivering Plant Maintenance for large SAP programs and implementing SAP Service and Asset Manager app.
  • 3+ years of hands-on SAP Fleet Operations (Flexible and Production Planning) configuration and support.
  • Excellent understanding of business processes and integrations within SAP Plant Maintenance solutions.
  • Integration experience with Logistics, Project Systems, Timesheets, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain.

Competencies:

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Experience managing reporting and change programs.
  • Previous experience as a consultant or in customer-facing roles (internal or external).
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Experience in negotiation, influence, mediation, and conflict management.
  • Desire to improve current solutions.
  • Focus on delivering customer service and quality solutions.
