The company has expanded the systematic trading arm of their business and as such, the technology and infrastructure team have been going through a period of growth.


As a Junior Desktop Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support for all of the users in their London office which include C-level stakeholders, portfolio managers and quants. This is a high pressured and fast paced environment, providing an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career to work in financial services and with cutting edge technologies.


Key Technologies/Requirements


  • 1-3 years of experience working in a Desktop Support/Service Desk role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Experience working with Microsoft infrastructure technologies like Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory, InTune, GPO's etc.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
