As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, food preparation, and ensuring the highest quality of culinary delights for our guests. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of food production and kitchen operations
• Create and execute menus that showcase creativity and culinary expertise
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
• Manage and train kitchen staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new dishes and improve existing ones
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
• Experience:
• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
• Excellent understanding of food safety practices
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Proficient in supervising kitchen staff and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
