Salary/Pay Rate: up to £350 per day - UMBRELLA

Hours: Part-time

Duration: 6 months


Job Description:


We are seeking an Integrated Designer with a strong background in production design to support our client's creative campaigns. The ideal candidate will focus on rolling out existing concepts and ensuring the quality and consistency of our design deliverables across various touch points. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of managing multiple projects. Proficiency in Figma is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Rollouts: Support the execution of creative campaigns across different media, including print and digital.
  • Production Design: Prepare ready-to-publish files (both print and digital) while ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • File Management: Package files appropriately for digital deployment, ensuring all specifications are met for different platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work independently and in collaboration with the Senior Art Director, Creative Director, and other team members to develop high-quality design solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality control, proofread final content, and retouch imagery as needed.
  • Client Engagement: Understand client recruitment marketing strategies and integrate those into design work to meet their business objectives.
  • Creative Development: Assist in brand development tasks, including logo creation, typography, and color schemes, as needed.
  • Presentations and Proposals: Create engaging presentations and collateral for the sales team that align with client branding.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of professional design experience, particularly in production design.
  • Software Proficiency:
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Bonus Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is advantageous.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, but not mandatory.

  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional proofing skills and a keen eye for typography and layout.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptability: Ability to prioritise tasks and adjust to changing deadlines and project scopes.
