Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Digital Content & Marketing professional to join our team at Design Sprint X. In this remote role, you will be responsible for creating and managing digital content, executing marketing strategies, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with clients. This role is ideal for a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, digital marketing, and community engagement. You will report directly to the co-founders, giving you a unique opportunity to influence the direction of our marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

  • Produce and edit videos for platforms like YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Design visually appealing graphics for social media, ebooks, and marketing materials.
  • Write and edit blog posts and articles to establish DSX’s thought leadership in the design sprint space.
  • Develop compelling narratives that connect emotionally with our audience.

Social Media & Community Management:

  • Manage and grow DSX’s presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Engage with our online community, fostering positive interactions.
  • Collaborate with industry influencers to amplify our content.

SEO & Web Content Management:

  • Optimise content for search engines using SEO best practices.
  • Regularly update the company website with fresh and engaging content.

Digital Marketing Campaigns:

  • Assist in creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
  • Support paid social media campaigns by creating content and tracking performance metrics.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital content and marketing efforts.
  • Use data-driven insights to suggest improvements to our content and marketing strategies.

Brand Development:

  • Help develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

Experimentation & Innovation:

  • Experiment with new technologies, tools, and strategies to keep DSX at the forefront of digital marketing.
  • Identify and recommend the best software and tools to optimise our marketing efforts.


Skills & Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Some experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in video editing, graphic design, social media management tools, AI tools, and SEO. You should be comfortable evaluating and recommending the best software solutions to meet our needs.

Personal Attributes:

What We Offer

Salary: £27,000 per annum.

Pension: 3% employer contribution.
