Value Delivery Manager Role Description

In this role, you will be the dedicated guide and trusted partner for our clients, accompanying them throughout their journey with Shibumi. As the Value Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients achieve their desired business outcomes, leveraging Shibumi’s critical capabilities, and driving value through quick wins, big wins, and transformational wins. You will play a key role in coordinating and engaging the right account team resources, ensuring a seamless and effective client experience.


Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals and collaborate with them to map out a strategic plan for achieving those outcomes using our platform.
  • Lead collaborative workshops with customers to memorialize their desired outcomes, facilitate the translation of those outcomes into clear solution requirements, and plan the execution for the engagement.
  • Serve as the trusted partner for a portfolio of clients, being a primary point of contact and advocate for those clients within our organization.
  • Manage the client through the journey, from onboarding and implementation to ongoing success, ensuring a smooth transition and seamless experience at every stage.
  • Drive and facilitate quick wins, big wins, and transformational wins for our clients, leveraging our platform's capabilities to deliver tangible business value and ROI.
  • Actively monitor client health, success criteria, and engagement. Identify any potential risks or challenges, and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within current client accounts and collaborate with Client Partners to close expansion and renewal opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with account teams, including Sales & Delivery (SCs & SAs) to align resources and ensure the right expertise is engaged throughout the client's journey.
  • Collaborate with Client Partners in pre-sale motions to demonstrate our expertise, strengthen our position as a trusted advisor, showcase how Shibumi can be the partner of choice for clients to achieve their strategic outcomes, and provide assurance that we have the necessary guidance and expertise to support them throughout their transformation journey.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Shibumi software and its functionalities to effectively communicate its value proposition, features, and benefits to customers, enabling them to make informed decisions regarding their transformation journey and how to extract the most value from the partnership.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in transformation management; previous work experience with a management consulting firm preferred.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to work with and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to make connections across workstreams and matrixed organizations.
  • Superior project management skills with demonstrated ability to successfully manage a cross-functional or cross-departmental team on a complex project.
