We am currently working with an NHS organisation, supporting them in hiring an EPR Solutions Architect / Tech Lead on a permanent basis. The ideal EPR Solutions Architect / Tech Lead will have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, along with a can-do attitude and leadership experience. They will also be resilient and relish working in a high pressured, fast paced environment. This role offers an exciting (and somewhat unique) opportunity to engage in a variety of both Project and Technical BAU workstreams.


To be successful in the role, it is essential that you have solid technical and implementation knowledge and experience of Cerner. Please do not apply if this is not the case.


Job details are as follows:

Title: EPR Solutions Architect / Tech Lead

Salary: up to £76,000 per annum

Location: Hybrid / London (Flexibility for the right candidate).

Package: Excellent benefits package to be discussed.


EPR Solutions Architects / Tech Lead Skills and Experience:

Strong experience of the Support, Configuration, Build and Management of Cerner Strong leadership skills and experience.

Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels

Comfortable holding both technical and non-technical conversations.

Comfortable in working across multiple project streams, as well as technical BAU activities.

  • a solid understanding of the patient journey, as well as the key challenges clinical staff face, with respect to use of systems.
  • solid understanding of ITIL Service Management & Methodology Processes
