Job Summary: The Experienced ServiceNow Architect is responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions within a greenfield setup, with a focus on Agile DevSecOps and SRE principles. This role involves leading the architecture, development, and configuration of ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements, streamline processes, and enhance service management capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions aligned with Agile DevSecOps and SRE principles.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow design specifications.

• Develop and maintain the ServiceNow architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations to meet business needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other systems and tools.

• Drive the adoption of best practices and standards for ServiceNow development and configuration.

• Conduct system testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the integrity and stability of ServiceNow solutions.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering their professional growth.

• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement ServiceNow governance processes and policies.

• Participate in the evaluation and selection of ServiceNow plugins and third-party integrations.

• Provide support and troubleshooting assistance for ServiceNow-related issues.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate ServiceNow solution updates, enhancements, and roadmap.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect within a greenfield setup, preferably in an Agile DevSecOps and SRE environment.

• Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and practices.

• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and configurations.

• Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for incident management, change management, problem management, and other ITSM processes.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, APIs, and web services.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

• ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD), are highly preferred.
