Learning & Development Business Partner

Iconic Resourcing HR are working with one of Scotland’s leading professional services organisations to support their search for a Learning & Development Business Partner, who will play a pivotal role in the design, delivery and facilitation of bespoke learning programs tailored to meet business needs.


Working closely with leaders across the organisation, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to drive meaningful development initiatives that empower teams and individuals to thrive.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deliver, and facilitate innovative learning and development programs, with a focus on leadership and management development.
  • Lead both virtual and in person training sessions, ensuring engagement and effectiveness across different formats.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify learning needs and create tailored solutions aligned with organisational goals.
  • Support soft skills development through impactful training interventions.
  • Engage with coaching and psychometric tools (e.g., Insights or similar) as a longer-term development area, with opportunities for business supported training and qualification.


About You:

  • Demonstratable experience in design, delivery, and facilitation of learning programs—experience in all three areas is essential.
  • A background in L&D within a financial or professional services environment is advantageous.
  • A passion for learning and development, particularly in leadership and management growth.
  • An interest in coaching and psychometrics, with a willingness to work towards relevant qualifications as part of your long-term development.
