  • Gather and prioritise product and customer requirements.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Utilise data analytics to inform product decisions and strategies.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Develop detailed product specifications and manage the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with technical partners to ensure seamless integration through CRMs and other third-party systems via APIs.
  • Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides and training materials.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role, with a focus on mid-to-senior level responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau).
  • Experience with web analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to measure product performance and inform decision-making.
  • Excellent understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable product requirements.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with API integrations and working with technical partners like CRMs.
  • Passion for smart home technology and innovation.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in the smart home industry or IoT products.
  • Familiarity with machine learning and AI technologies.
