This role is based in central London and offers hybrid working (3 days in the office)


Key Responsibilities:


  • Reporting to the Finance Director
  • Develop and maintain financial models using TM1 to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
  • Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and variances (using TM1)
  • Cost of Goods sold accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and achieve financial targets
  • Support strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis and recommendations


Key Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA is advantageous
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a consumer/FMCG environment - COGS (cost of goods sold) experience
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis
  • TM1 (IBM Planning Analytics ) experience
  • Advanced systems experience (Excel)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
