Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk Management: Offer strategic counsel on conduct-related matters to ensure effective risk management.
  • Office Management: Oversee the office management function and direct line management of an HR officer.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar leadership role within the UK.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of UK employment law, HR practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership in full-cycle recruiting and strategic problem-solving.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency: Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently, set priorities, and plan effectively.
