We are seeking an experienced FP&A Architect with specialized expertise in OneStream to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This role is crucial for designing, implementing, and optimizing OneStream EPM solutions, with a focus on enhancing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in FP&A with a strong background in OneStream solution architecture.
• Proven track record of leading successful EPM implementation projects in a remote setting.
• Strong analytical skills with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adept at working with both clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in OneStream and a comprehensive understanding of EPM best practices.
• R1 certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Architect Solutions: Develop and architect OneStream EPM solutions that enhance FP&A processes, ensuring they are scalable, adaptable, and aligned with the client’s strategic goals.
• Lead Implementation: Oversee the full-cycle implementation of OneStream solutions, managing project delivery from start to finish. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Optimize FP&A Processes: Utilize your deep expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to identify inefficiencies and implement best practices that drive business performance.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, providing expert advice and customized solutions to address their specific challenges.
• Thought Leadership: Act as a thought leader within the OneStream community, driving the adoption of innovative EPM strategies and contributing to the firm’s reputation as a leader in the industry.
